Do you need to be still when you meditate? Today we'll look at staying still for meditation vs. moving in meditation. We'll also be talking about divine feminine energy vs. divine masculine energy and discussing how we can cultivate these different energies during meditation in order to connect with pure divine genderless energy. If you are someone who has difficulty with meditation because you feel like you can't sit still, maybe moving meditation is your answer!
