Enjoy this 20 Minute Sacral Chakra Slow Flow Yoga Practice! This yoga class is designed to balance your sacral chakra (svadhisthana chakra). This energy center is all about fluidity and connecting with the Water element. The sacral chakra is the 2nd chakra within the 7 chakra system. This energy also helps you to let go and helps you connect to your feminine energy. It helps you to experience your emotions in a healthy manner and helps you to embrace creativity. In our fast paced world, a slow flow practice is just what many of us need! In this yoga flow, we'll work through yoga poses that help us to be fluid and through yoga poses to help open our hips.
