Evening yoga for relaxation! Enjoy this 20 minute yoga practice designed to help you unwind before bed. This yoga class is great for anyone who wants to relax in the nighttime or anyone who just wants some gentle movement at the end of the day. This yoga class is great for all levels including beginners. In this practice we will work on gentle backbending and hip opening before winding down and relaxing in savasana.
