⭐️ Home Strength Routine for Women 💪 Full Body 42 Minutes 💪🏋🏼

Today we have a purely Strength routine presented by Javier Tasinchana.

Muscle work following a Multiset structure, in which we will continuously work on two muscles in each sequence without breaks, one larger and one smaller.

This routine is purely Strength-based, with no cardiovascular training and no jumps.

We will work the entire body, structuring the training by muscle groups.

Javi will use 5 and 7.5 kilo dumbbells. You can use the same weight or adjust it (increase or decrease) based on your physical condition and technique proficiency.

An ideal routine to reduce flabbiness all over your body 🤩
