Welcome to a New Routine to TONE ALL THE BODY.

Today's routine aims to TRAIN in a FOCUSED and CONSCIOUS way all the large MUSCLE GROUPS of our body making use of resistance, in my case of 3 KG BANDS (in each hand).

You will start with a Warm-Stretch to set up muscles and joints and then you will pick up the dumbbells with which you will develop all the MUSCULATION work.

If you do not have dumbbells you can use bottles of water. If you have dumbbells I invite you to take those whose weight you RETE and make you BLOW YOURSELF in the last few repetitions to make the most of today's work.
If it is your first time it is important that you do not demand yourself with very large weights because you could hurt yourself.

This routine HAS NO IMPACT.

I want to share that the work with PESAS has many benefits:
