Feel Younger: Cardio for Menopause with Weights and No Jumping! 🤩🧡

Today's routine is a moderate cardio workout where we're going to move our whole body, and to make it more fun, we'll use some dumbbells, in my case, 1 kilogram ones.

Ideal for when we want to have a good time, boost our energy, improve our mood, and at the same time work all our muscles without needing to lift heavy weights.

You can combine it with other Strength routines from the Menopause series 🌺
