Today, Javi brings us a wonderful Pilates routine dedicated especially to our Back and also to the rest of the CORE muscles (abdominals, glutes, and pelvic muscles).
No equipment is needed, just a mat and a friendly, relaxed space to fully enjoy this sequence that will make us feel like we are strengthening our core muscles while lengthening and relaxing them. Thanks to the combination of toning sequences (isometric and isotonic) with stretching and stability.
Enjoy it and take advantage of every movement. Ideal for strengthening the back muscles and preventing or alleviating back pain, which is so common nowadays.
