The movements are very varied, where you will work your entire body simultaneously, legs, arms, glutes, abdomen, hips... It does not include jumps, so it's important to apply maximum intention and intensity in each movement you make. How? By expanding the range of motion and involving as many parts of your body as possible in each exercise, as this will help elevate your heart rate and make the workout more effective.
