Full Body Dumbbell Workout 🏋️‍♀️ to Train the Entire Body 💪🔥💯
This routine combines strength training with cardiovascular work.

In the Cardio section, there is some impact, though it is progressive, and you can always stay with the first, less intense version of the progression.

The strength work is structured by muscle groups and is performed to the rhythm of the music in each track that makes up the routine.

We will use dumbbells of 2, 3, and 5 kilos (use the weights you have at home, and if you don't have weights, you can use water bottles or a jug).

A very complete routine with medium-high intensity, to keep your metabolism working not only during but also after the workout 🔥
