*Routine to Tone the Whole Body and Burn Fat 🤩🏋️‍♀️💯*

Today we focus on muscle toning using moderate weights and high repetitions.

As you know, I love working on strength in this format, to the rhythm of music and very comprehensively, as we train different muscle groups through each of the musical sequences.

We'll use dumbbells of 3 kilograms and 5 kilograms. Seasoned individuals could even pick up 7.5 kilograms for larger muscles like glutes and legs. We'll also use a mat.

It's low-impact and ideal if you want to do full-body muscle work while taking care of your joints.
