POWER WALKING HIIT

And with the intention of adding variety to this cool and convenient workout for so many people, today's Power Walking is going to have a HIIT style.

And what does it mean? That we are going to have two intensities within the routine, the low intensity will be when we are doing walking or exercises of this style at a slower pace and the second intensity will be jogging, where we will accelerate the speed of our legs and arms.

It seems to me a fun routine and at the same time super effective, because that combination of two training intensities helps, as I have mentioned in other routines of this style    / sientetejoven   to activate the metabolism and to remain more active during the rest of the day favoring the use of stored fat (provided that a suitable diet is followed for it)
