New routine for our "Menopause Special" playlist.

This time, we are going to do a very beautiful and complete workout that combines muscular strength training with balance sequences and isometric exercises.

With this routine, we work our muscles, both the larger and smaller stabilizing ones, improve our posture, and take care of our bones through strength training and movements that involve gentle and controlled impact.

This impact, which will be entirely optional (you can do the entire routine without jumping), will be included in some cardio sequences that will give us a more dynamic touch and in which we will also train coordination, which is so important to keep our brain active and young.
