Today we have a Pilates and Barre fusion that I've really enjoyed doing, without using any equipment or supports (chair).

It's a full-body workout of medium intensity and no impact.

We develop each exercise to the rhythm of the music, including typical Barre movements and postures, emphasizing breathing and proper alignment.

Ideal for working our muscles, primarily the lower body in this routine, in a complete, joint-friendly, and very elegant way.
