Day 2 we are building on to what you learned on Day 1 and are adding in a few new moves. All moves are grounded, meaning both feet remain on the surface the whole time. We are going to start making a fun routine so you can see how we build on choreography and use the music to move. Always make sure you go at a pace you feel comfortable with and if you get confused or lost just go back to your basic bounce. Let’s go Jump!
