Day 1 is all about learning the fundamentals of being a jumper on your trampoline. All moves are grounded, meaning both feet remain on the surface the whole time. Always make sure you go at a pace you feel comfortable with. if you get confused or lost just go back to your basic bounce. Let’s go Jump!
