This is a 10 minute Rebounder workout that is an interval and HIIT-style routine, great for cardio! Rebounder workouts are great for lymphatic drainage and lymphedema, but also great for cardio. When using the rebounder you are bound to get a great workout in a short amount of time (even 10 minutes). This Video is meant to follow along with, and timed for you, with 30 seconds of Work and 20 seconds of active rest. Always check with your doctor first, for safety before starting a new exercise routine.
