Here I present to you the recipe for crispy fried pork belly cubes. Crispy fried pork belly cubes are very tender and delicious pieces from the belly of the pig, which are first cut into small cubes, then marinated, cooked, and finally fried in hot oil until they are nice and crispy. They are served with French fries, coleslaw, ketchup, and a bit of vinegar. These cubes are particularly popular in North American cuisine and taste really good! Ingredients:

1.5 kilograms boneless pork belly
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
A piece of ginger
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorns
Frying fat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules

Instructions:

Score the skin of the pork belly all around with a knife. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.

Mix soy sauce, white wine vinegar, and baking soda. Slice ginger, onion, and garlic. Add them to a bowl along with 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp peppercorns, then mix well with the meat.

Let the meat mixture marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

After the marinating time, boil the meat for 20 minutes, then drain well in a sieve.

Heat frying fat. Fry the pork belly cubes for 6-7 minutes or until desired level of browning, then drain on kitchen paper.

Prepare a spice mixture consisting of 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic granules, and onion granules. Season the meat with it and serve.

Serving Tip:

Fried pork belly cubes go well with fresh coleslaw, crispy French fries, and various sauces such as sweet chili sauce, garlic dip, or BBQ sauce. Arrange the cubes on a plate surrounded by the sides and sauces for an appealing and delicious dish.
