Ingredients:

Egg Pasta Dough:

300g flour
3 eggs
80ml olive oil
1 tsp salt

Filling:

100g spinach leaves
100g salmon
50g Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp salt

Tomato Sauce:

1 can peeled tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
30ml olive oil
1 orange
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
A handful of basil leaves
