One of the changes that occur over time is the loss of bone mass and muscle mass, intensifying after Menopause.

Within the series of routines that I have been doing special for Menopause, I wanted to include one dedicated to arms, shoulders and abdomen.

Today's is a super complete routine for the upper body that combines muscle strength work for arms and shoulders with 2 kilo dumbbells (you can raise or lower the weight of the dumbbell depending on your physical condition) with more dynamic exercises. that can be done with 1 kilo dumbbells or without dumbbells, focused on working the abdominal area.

In both types of exercises I have introduced important balance work to work the deepest muscle layers that are so important to protect our joints, avoid falls and improve our position during this time.
