In this recipe, we'll be incorporating ginger into the dough to give it some added flavor and health benefits. Not to mention, these ginger molasses cookies are absolutely delicious, soft and chewy! So give them a try and see for yourself how delicious and guilt-free cookies can be!
Made with ginger, molasses, and a few other simple ingredients, these cookies will give you the sweetness you need and the ginger flavor you love. With a simple recipe and simple ingredients, these cookies are perfect for when you want to make cookies and not feel guilty about it. Give them a try next time you're feeling guilt-ridden and want to bake something without all the added sugar!

Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup molasses

Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Mix the dry ingredients together then, add the wet ingredients.
- Keep mixing until it forms a dough.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Drop by making a small round dough then flatten it and put it onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes.
- Decorate them with melted dark chocolate with a little amount of coconut oil and ENJOY!!
