In this video, I'll show you how to make this delicious gingerbread-baked oatmeal from start to finish. I'll also share some tips and tricks for making the perfect cashew frosting.

Ingredients:

2 bananas
2 cup milk
3 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 &1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

For the cashew frosting:
1 cup cashews
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas then add the milk, molasses, and vanilla extract, and whisk them all together.
- then add the oat flour, baking powder, chia seeds, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg, then mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the oatmeal is baking, make the cashew frosting.
- In a blender, combine the cashews, water, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Once the oatmeal is baked, let it cool slightly before spreading the cashew frosting on top.

Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use unsweetened cocoa powder in the cashew frosting.
- If you don't have oat flour, you can make your own by blending rolled oats in a blender until they become a fine powder.
- To make this recipe vegan, use plant-based milk.
- you can soak the cashew in water for 4 hours for easier blending.
