Ingredients:
1 kg fillet steak
Marinate the steak:
olive oil
Mix of spices: black pepper, garlic powder, red flakes
Himalayan salt
Prepare the sauce:
1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
1 cup of fresh parsley leaves
1 chopped onion
5 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Recipe:
Marinate the fillet steak and chill for an hour.
Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200C and flip in between.
Place the ingredients for the sauce in the blender, chill it in the fridge, then it becomes ready to serve.
Add it on the Fillet Steak and Enjoy!!
