Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes:
1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
60 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 cup chopped strawberry
handful of dark chocolate chips

Topping examples:
strawberries
blueberries
bananas
dark chocolate chips

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
3. Spread the mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add your toppings (press them lightly into the batter)
4. Bake at 170 Celsius degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with Fresh Strawberries, berries, and maple syrup, for example!
5. Store in the fridge!
