If you are a Snickers bars fan and want to enjoy a healthy and delicious snack or breakfast, this recipe is just for you! These Snickers overnight oats have all the original candy bar flavor, but it is made from much healthier ingredients.
It can be served as a healthy breakfast, dessert, snack, and even suhoor for Ramadan.

RECIPE
Ingredients:
For the overnight oats:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 cup Milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon date sauce
For the caramel Date sauce:
- 9-10 Sukkari Dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup Hot water
For chocolate layer:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions:
1- Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
2- blend the dates until it becomes smooth and set aside.
3-. Make the overnight oats: In a bowl, mix oats, and chia seeds then Add milk, peanut butter, and date caramel sauce.
4- Let the oat mixture rest for overnight.
5- Add salted peanut to the remaining date sauce and keep in the fridge.
6- The next day, divide the oat mixture between 2 jars and top with peanut date sauce.
7- Make the chocolate layer: place the chocolate chip in a microwave safe bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds. Then stir until melted and smooth.
8- Pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
9- Before serving sprinkle some chopped peanuts (optional)
