Making Sauce Hollandaise in 5 minutes is very easy! Sauce Hollandaise is a great basic sauce which you can modify to your taste just by adding a few ingredients.
Just by adding some shallots and estragon for example you will turns your Sauce Hollandaise into a Sauce Bernaise.
Ingredients:
- 250 g Butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 20 ml white vinegar (neutral)
- 60 ml water
- a dash of lemon juice
- a dash of white wine (optional)
- 2 shallots
- 10 pepper corns
- 1 bay leave
