Daging masak dendeng ini benar benar resepi asli dari orang tua dulu -dulu..Akak dapat resepi dari mak saudara akak.Menurut beliau dia dapat resepi ini dari arwah opah dia.
Resepi ni tak perlu pakai santan ,cuma bawang kecil kena banyak.Rasa manis dari bawang kecil yang digoreng itu menyebab daging dendeng ini bertambah sedap.Cara masakkannya juga berbeza dimana kesemua bahan digoreng dahulu, lepas itu baru ditumis.
Bahan bahannya
1. 1 kilo daging lembu
2. 1 kilo bawang kecil
3. cili kering (ikut kepedasan)
4. Gula melaka( secukup rasa jangan terlalu banyak kerana gula melaka ini terlalu manis)
5.kicap manis dan kicap masin (akak gunakan kicap kipas udang sebab sedap)
6.sedikit air asam jawa
7.halia 1 inci
8.Bawang putih 3 labu

1. 1 kilo of beef

3. dried chillies (follow the spiciness)
4. Melaka sugar(just taste, don't eat too much because this Melaka sugar is too sweet)
5. Sweet soy sauce and salted soy sauce
6. A little Javanese acid water
7.ginger 1 inch
8.Garlic 3 pumpkin
