25g biji ketumbar
15g cili kering buang bijinya
1sk jintan putih
1sk jintan manis
1sk chana dhal (kacang kuda kecil)
1sk beras
½sk halba
½sk biji lada putih

bahan untuk Kari ikan ibunya
80ml minyak masak (kalau boleh cari minyak Bijan india)
½sk halba
½sk jintan putih
daun kari
200g bawang merah kecil
8 ulas bawang putih
50g Rempah ikan ibu chef
1sb serbuk cili
½sk serbuk kunyit
150g tomato
150g bendi
150g terung
50g asam jawa campur dgn 200ml air
1liter Air

IKAN GORENG IBU
3 ketul Ikan Tenggiri
1sk pes halia bawang putih
1sk Serbuk rempah ibu chef
1sk serbuk chili
½sk serbuk kunyit
½sk garam
2sb jus limau



Ingredients for Mother's Fish Spice
25g coriander seeds
15g of dry chili, remove the seeds
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chana dhal (split chickpea)
1 tbsp of rice
½ tsp fenugreek
½ tsp white peppercorns

ingredients for his mother's fish curry
80ml cooking oil (if you can find Indian Sesame oil)
½ tsp fenugreek
½ tsp cumin
Curry leaves
200g small red onion
8 cloves of garlic
50g chef's fish seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
150g of tomatoes
150g of okra
150g eggplant
50g of tamarind mixed with 200ml of water
1 liter of water

MOTHER'S FRIED FISH
3 pieces of mackerel fish
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chef's spice powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
