Diatas pemintaan dari sahabat dan juga penonton di you tube akak buat lagi satu video kek kukus buahan, khas untuk mereka yang nk berniaga kek ni.Resepi ini sangat mudah sukatan pakai cawan atau gelas dan tak perlu gunakan loyang,cuma kukus dengan menggunakan bekas plastik mikrowave save jer.
Sila gunakan gelas yang sama saiz untuk kesemua sukatan.Untuk resepi ini akak guna gelas yang bersaiz tinggi 4.5 inci x 3 inci lebar (mulut gelas)
Berikut adalah bahan2nya
1. 1kilo buahan kering (1000grm)
2. 2 gelas gula pasir (500grm) jika suka manis boleh tambah gula
3. 4.5 gelas tepung gandum (850 grm)
4. 2.5 gelas butter (600grm)
5. 2 sudu besar cream of tatar
6. 4 sudu besar soda bikarbonet
7. 1/2 cawan air panas (120ml)
8.Telor 7 biji telor
9. 2 sudu besar esen vanilla

Resepi ini akan menghasilkan kek buahan seberat lebih kurang 3 kilo, dan modal untuk kek ini lebih kurang rm28. (ikut harga pasaran bahan mentah)
Jika sesiapa yang rajin, boleh cuba kek ini memang menguntungkan, kerana harga dipasaran sekarang 700grm RM35.Selamat mencuba.
