In this video, I discuss the acceptable blood sugar levels for diabetics. We know that not all blood sugars are the same for everyone. There are many things that we have to consider when determining "healthy" blood sugar values for a patient. We have to consider their health and the possible risks trying to achieve those values. Generally speaking, many of health care professionals follow the guidelines of the American Diabetes Association (ADA) here in the United States. Considering the patient's health is generally well, the ADA has set certain parameters that we can use as a guide when determining and educating patient's about their sugar levels. '
In this video, I also discuss the general suggestions for those people who are not diabetic. People without diabetes need to work hard to maintain desirable blood sugar levels by following a strict diet and staying active. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial.
