In this video, I discuss all of the different things that can cause your blood sugar levels to be high. We know that food affects our blood sugar levels, however, there are many other elements that are causing your blood sugar levels to be high that you may not be aware of. You want to be aware of all of the things that can affect blood sugar levels so that you can take action and keep sugars under control. Keeping blood sugar levels under control helps you protect your organs in the future. We know that diabetes can lead to blindness, heart attacks, strokes, etc. Therefore, controlling diabetes and keeping blood sugars under range helps reduce these risks.
