Crown chakra yoga practice! This 20 minute yoga practice focuses on balancing the energy of your crown chakra. This chakra is about connecting with divine energy and recognizing our universal connection. It relates to the element of thought and pure spirit. The crown (sahasrara) chakra is the 7th chakra within the 7 chakra system and it is a very spiritually focused energy center. In this yoga practice, we will work through yoga poses where we'll connect with their deeper meaning in order to help us tap into the connection throughout the world. This vinyasa yoga class is taught at an intermediate level and is guided with background music.
