Second routine offered by Javier Tasinchana in "Siéntete Joven". For me, alongside Cardio Kickboxing (despite its significant differences), Javi is an artist in directing and conveying this fusion.

In this routine, we find a mix of Pilates and Yoga movements, using musical rhythms without neglecting the technique.

Breathing can be like in Pilates, nose-mouth, like in Yoga, nose-nose, or a combination of both depending on each moment.

The duration of the class is 30 minutes and is suitable for all audiences, as Javi offers us different alternatives in terms of difficulty.

We will work on flexibility, balance, strength, and concentration, with a special emphasis on strengthening the back through flexion, extension, rotation, and isometric movements.
