You can use it first thing in the morning to awaken your muscles, joints, and even your internal organs. You can also use it as a warm-up. And, of course, you can include it at the end of your workout to feel completely relaxed and renewed.

In less than 12 minutes, we provide mobility and care to the whole body from head to toe in a fluid manner, to the rhythm of the music 😉

I must add that I am 9 weeks pregnant when recording this, making it ideal as a mobility routine for pregnant women 🤰
