Quite often I talk with people who would like to do yoga, but they feel they aren't flexible enough. Generally what that means, is they have very tight hips and hamstrings.
This class is specifically designed to help with those 2 areas.
We start class by taking an optional flexibility test, called the, "Sit and Reach" test. Yoga is not really about exact measurements and numbers, but some of you might find this test interesting.
Maybe you will take the test at the beginning of class, and then again at the end of class and quite possibly you will see measurable results.
Oh, and a bonus: Class ends with a beautiful gratitude meditation.
Grab a few props, set up somewhere comfortable and enjoy this 30 min restorative class. Your hamstrings with thank you!
