This yoga class is designed to help you build a strong and healthy back and core. Through a series of carefully sequenced yoga poses, you will develop strength, flexibility, and balance in your body, while also increasing your mind-body awareness.

The class will begin with a series of standing poses that focus on building strength in your legs, core, and back. These poses include down dog, and standing forward bend

Next, you will move to the floor for a series of seated and prone poses that will specifically target your back and core muscles. These poses include variations of spinal twists, and core strengthening exercises.

Throughout the class, I will offer modifications and variations to suit different levels of experience and ability. The class will end with a brief relaxation and breathing practice to help you integrate the benefits of the practice and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This class is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their posture, strengthen their back and core, and develop a deeper mind-body connection.

No prior yoga experience is required, but a willingness to challenge yourself and explore your edge is encouraged.
