In this video I’ll be showing you how I make garlic and herb bread in an oven and in an air fryer. I’ll be making use of roasted garlic, thyme and rosemary with other ingredients such as flour, salt, dried yeast, and water.

List of ingredients
4 cups of flour
2 1/2 tbsp of dried yeast
Fresh rosemary (chopped)
Fresh thyme (chopped)
2 large cloves of garlic (roasted and mashed)
1 tsp of salt
2 1/2 cups of water

Preparation
1. Pour flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt, shopped thyme and rosemary, mashed roasted garlic, activated dried yeast, water and mix. When mixing, add the water in bits as you mix your flour.
2. Mix flour until well combined and the dough is no longer sticky
3. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover with a damp kitchen towel.
4. Leave in a warm place to proof for hour
5. After one hour, take off the towel and punch down the dough to deflate it
6. Mould the dough to your desired shape or transfer it into a bread pan. Cover again with wet towel and let proof/ rise for 45 minutes.
7. Preheat oven at 170 degrees
8. After 45 minutes, take off the wet towel and transfer the dough to oven or air fryer.
9. Let the bread cool in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees. Cook the bread in the air fryer at 140 degrees for 25 minutes
10. After 20 minutes (oven cooked) or 25 minutes (air fryer) of cooked time take out the bread and place on a cooling rack to cool down
11. Slice and enjoy

****You can store the bread bread in the fridge for one week. It also keeps well in the freezer for up to 2 months.
