Enjoy this 20 minute yoga practice for both inner and outer strength. In this power yoga flow, we will work through some physically challenging postures to help build our outer strength and our inner resilience. This includes some core focused yoga poses, lower body strengthening, and some challenging balance poses. This yoga class is taught at an intermediate level but remember to take modifications as needed!
