Yoga For Better Posture! Enjoy this 20 Minute intermediate postural focused vinyasa yoga practice. There's no such thing as 'perfect' posture but being in a forward slumped posture at a computer for a long duration is not ideal. As many of us work desk jobs, many people tend to fall into this postural habit when sitting. This yoga practice is designed to help reverse this by opening through the chest/pec muscles, strengthening the postural muscles of your spine, and by working on controlled mobility of the pelvis. This yoga class is taught at an intermediate level and is guided with background music.
