In this video, several speakers of the CREATINE CONFERENCE 2022 discuss and answer some questions from participants. They covered clinical applications of creatine supplementation over numerous health conditions affecting musculoskeletal diseases, creatine supplementation as an important stretegy during menses, pregnancy, and post-partum, and positive effects on age-related diseases such as sarcopenia, dynapenia and osteopenia. In addition, a potential role of creatine supplementation to improve the cognitive process in chronical pathologic conditions (e.g., mild traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer´s disease, depression) is discussed. Finally, the top scholars on creatine research discuss the benefits of supplementation, mainly in combination with exercise training, to improve metabolic health in diabetes mellitus type 2 population.
