How to correct poor posture? Well, first, we don't move enough, we sit for too long (TV, PC, Cell Phones, Tablets), and we are lazy when it comes to maintaining our posture. So we need to address all of these if you want to fix or correct your bad posture.

In this video, Dr. Jon Saunders will give you 3 posture fix movements that can be done in less than 5 minutes. Use this posture fix routine to break up your day and help you feel, function, and heal better.

Be sure to follow along with Dr. Jon as he describes what you should be doing and feeling in each of the posture exercises. Once you learn the movements, you can do this posture fix routine in less than 5 minutes! Do it twice daily for best results!
