❗❗❗Attention! *Before cooking this dish, research all the risks of canning meat at home!!! Some people say it can be dangerous. I think it is dangerous to store canned meat for a long time or in heat.
The recipe says you can keep it for a few months in a cold place. But as this is a non-industrial cooking method, it's best to store for 1 month in the fridge. I made 150g of salt per 1 litre of water and kept for 2 months in the fridge, it was fine.*
If you don't plan on storing for a long time, you can do with less salt (120g) and a little more meat in the jar.

Ingredients:
1.3 kg of pork belly
3 cloves of garlic
Bay leaves
Black peppercorns

For brine:
130-150 g of salt per 1 liter of water

500 g mason jar (3 pieces)
