▶ Recipe and ingredients:
1200-1400 g meat (pork neck)
We divide into three parts so that one piece fits into 1 mason jar (500 ml).
Salt (20 g per 1 kg of meat)
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons of basil
2 teaspoons of marjoram
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3-4 cloves of garlic
It is good to roll the meat in spices
Cover tightly and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 night
Bay leaves
1 allspice pea
4-6 peas of black pepper
Close the lid tightly
After boiling the water, cook under a lid over low heat for 2-3 hours
Turn off the heating and let it cool down a bit
Cover with a towel to cool and place in the refrigerator
The meat is very tender and juicy
