KUAH mee rebus Mamu
350g ubi keledek (stim atau rebus hingga lembut dulu) blend dengan 500ml Air

Tumis darat
100ml minyak
2sb kacang parpu (dhal)
3sb udang kering
15g cili kering
lepas tumis darat, blend hingga lumat bersama
1½inci halia
1½inci Lengkuas
8 ulas bawang putih
150 bawang merah kecil
200ml air

bahan seterusnya
80ml minyak
2 batang serai
1sb serbuk cili
2sb asam jawa
2sb sos cili
4sb gula
1sk Garam

UNTUK PLATING Mee Rebus Mamu
120g mee kuning (celur air panas)
40g taugeh
4 keping tauhu goreng
3-4 ketul kentang rebus tanpa kulit
1 udang direbus atau digoreng
½biji telur rebus
1sb daun bawang
1sb bawang goreng
2 keping hirisan cili merah


ENGLISH
Mamu MEE REBUS gravy
350g sweet potato (steam or boil until soft first) blend with 500ml water

Stir-fry
100ml of oil
2 tablespoons parpu (dhal) beans
3 tbsp dried shrimp
15g dried chilies
after stir-frying, blend until smooth WITH
1½ inches of ginger
1½ inch galangal
8 cloves of garlic
150 shallots
200ml of water

next ingredient
80ml of oil
2 lemongrass sticks
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp tamarind
2 tsp chili sauce
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp Salt

FOR PLATING Mamu Mee REBUS
120g yellow noodles (soaked in hot water)
40g bean sprouts
4 pieces of fried tofu
3-4 pieces of boiled potatoes without skin
1 boiled or fried shrimp
½ boiled egg
1 sb onion
1 tsp fried onion
2 slices of red chili
