Asam jawa 20g bancuh air 180ml
sardin medium 2 tin
tomato 150g
bawang 150g
cili hijau 1 tangkai
cili padi 1 tangkai
bawang putih 5 ulas
daun kari
serbuk cili 1½sb
serbuk ketumbar 2sb
garam 1sk
1 ubi kentang potong dadu
minyak 80ml
santan 100ml

rempah campur
   ¼sk halba
   ¼sk biji sawi
   ¼sk jintan putih
   ¼sk jintan manis
    1tangkai cili kering

BAHAN UNTUK CHAPATI
tepung atta 400g
air suam 280ml
garam ½sk

20g tamarind mixed with 180ml water
2 cans of medium sardines
tomatoes 150g
onion 150g
green chili 1 stalk
chili rice 1 stalk
garlic 5 cloves
Curry leaves
chili powder 1½ tbsp
coriander powder 2 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
1 cubed potato
oil 80ml
100ml coconut milk
mixed spices
¼ tsp fenugreek
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cumin
1 dry chili stalk

FOR CHAPATI
atta flour 400g
warm water 280ml
Salt ½tsp
