50ml oil
1 dry chili
¾tsp kacang kuda
¾tsp kacang tosai
¾tsp cumin seeds
½tsp biji sawi
daun kari
2 cili hijau
½tsp astoefatida
1tbs Halia cincang halus
100g Bawang
100g tomato
¼tsp serbuk kunyit
350g ubi kentang (masak hingga lembut)
1tsp garam

Poori
200g Tepung atta
1tbs tepung suji
½tsp garam
120ml air

Potato Masala

¾ tsp urad dhal
¾ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
2 green chilies
½tsp astoefatida
1tbs finely chopped ginger
100g Onion
100g of tomatoes
¼tsp turmeric powder
350g sweet potato (cooked until soft)
1 tsp salt

Poori
200g Atta flour
1tbs suji flour
½ tsp salt
120ml of water
