Enjoy this 20 minute somatic yoga practice! In this yoga flow, we will work to deepen our connection with the body. Somatic yoga is more like a slow flow yoga class where every movement is done slowly and with intention. While we move through our yoga poses, we will keep the awareness within and be fully present with the body and the sensations of the body. Here you can start to not only improve your body awareness, but also deepen your mind/body connection. In this class we will explore somatic exercises including pelvic tilts and pelvic clocks, bridges, cat/cow, downward dog, and supine twist but..these will all be done somatically. This class is for all level yogis so beginners to yoga are welcome!
