A simple recipe for beef jerky (dried meat) that I cook at home. I have a lot of quick recipes on my menu, but this one isn't very quick. It takes several weeks to do it. But then this dish will become a decoration of the festive table. How to cook dried meat, see the detailed diagram in the video clip!
Recipe and Ingredients:
Salt.
Beef 0.5 kg.
Cover the meat with salt.
We put in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Meat has to be turned every day.
We rinse well.
Let stand in the water for 3 hours.
We change the water every 30 minutes.
We wipe dry.
We put it under the press.
Sweet paprika.
Coriander.
Chili.
Dried garlic.
Let dry for 1-3 weeks.
