Enjoy this summer yoga practice! As summer solstice approaches, it's the perfect time for an energizing vinyasa practice. This summer inspired yoga flow is about 20 minutes long and incorporates themes such as connecting with the energy of the sun and energizing our body. This yoga class can be done at anytime throughout the summer to help you to connect with the essence of this season. This yoga class is taught at an intermediate level.
