Think of this video as body image 101. I did the best I could to keep it short. You may want to have a journal and a pen nearby because journal prompts will help you improve your body image.

Posting this video was a bit scary but I know that a younger me would've appreciated someone talking about body image in this way. In a more realistic and actionable way, rather than just telling you that we're "all beautiful" and that we should all "just love ourselves". Personally, I never found that helpful.
I hope this video gives you some clarity and shows you that the way to body peace doesn't have to be complicated.

Good body image is not about loving your body. It's about understanding that you don't have to hate it. But most of all, it's about knowing your inherent worth and that your body deserves your respect regardless of whether you like it or not.
