Welcome to a full day of intuitive eating! I included some of my go-to tips for eating intuitively when you're busy, as well as a bunch of simple and realistic recipes. Hope this video gives you some inspiration, enjoy!

RECIPES

1. GRANOLA MIXTURE (for granola and granola energy bites)

500g oats
250g almonds (chopped)
250g shredded coconut
salt as you'd like

split into 2 bowls

2. GRANOLA

add about 200ml of maple syrup to coat the dry ingredients
air fry (or bake in the oven) on 150 degrees for about 14 minutes (shake halfway through!)

3. GRANOLA ENERGY BITES

1 banana
75g of dark chocolate chips
1tbsp of corn starch
2 tbsp water
100ml maple syrup

mash the banana and add the maple syrup, then add to the dry ingredients
mix corn starch with water and add to the dry ingredients
mix It all up
add chocolate chips
form into balls
bake on 150 degrees for 14 minutes

3. HUMMUS BOWL
6-7 balls of frozen falafel
100g of chickpea couscous
salad of choice (I had iceberg)
cherry tomatoes (6-7)
juice of half a lemon
chili flakes
hummus
pomegranate seeds

air fry the falafel as per package instructions
boil about 250ml of water, when it's done add the couscous and turn of the heat
prepare the salad as usual
mix some hummus with lemon and chilli flakes
top it off with pomegranate seeds
